is for leaders.
why only leaders?
We aren't resume haters here at Crumple. For individual contributor positions, the components of a resume can be critical in determining if the candidate has the hands-on experience to perform the position they are being hired into. But that changes at the leadership level.
Early in our careers, skills supersede strategy, as we work on perfecting our craft. Once we flip over to leaders, the weight of skills vs. strategy flips, too.
